: Christian Publication: Learn necessary skills in writing and editing, specifically focused on Seventh-day Adventist magazines. (elective course)

: Culinary Arts: In this course you will discover how to manage a kitchen, plan menus, and how to shop smart for service in the mission field. (elective course)

::Programs::

The first semester is designed to equip our students to be effective soul winners for Christ, building skills and confidence in sharing their faith and preaching. The second semester is set up in a way to give our students the experiences that will enable them to take health to a new level of ministry. Through massage, hydrotherapy and nutrition classes, students will learn how to use health as an entering wedge in sharing the gospel. 

::Summer programs::

We also have a summer organic agriculture course, filled with many practical skills in greenhouse production, small farm gardening and farm machinery. This course helps to refresh the biblical principals we can learn from nature.
